great location friendly staff clean room
the location is seriously fantastic. many attractions, restaurants, and tapas bars are within walking distance. the staff members were cute. they were also knowledgeable about the city. our double room was decently sized and clean.

comfortable room artistic touch excellent staff
i loved the very comfortable large rooms , a true peaceful oasis. the relaxing design of the courtyards provided an interesting artistic touch and the roof terrace offered a lovely bonus. i found the staff were excellent and accommodating.
the power tools and banging noises woke me early on monday and tuesday, starting at 7:10 am and continuing until 9:30 am. this disturbance impacted my nights as i landed late and needed rest.

I found the staff warm and friendly when I first entered the lobby. The room was comfortable and clean. The location was a perfect walking distance from major attractions. I fell in love with the hotel, and I can't wait to return.
I expected the swimming pool to be bigger, but it was very small compared to the pictures. It sat next to the bar, so it was very uncomfortable for me, and there was no privacy at all.

The minute I entered the lobby, I was greeted by the staff, and I feel in love with this hotel. The staff were warm and friendly. I encountered accommodating service throughout my stay. Roscio, the afternoon and night duty lady, was especially accommodating.

Breakfast service was excellent, made my short brake perfect in every way. The breakfast was amazing with delicious Spanish omelette. I also saw a selection of Iberian hams and cheeses plus lots of fruit and freshly squeezed fruit juices.
